How To Take Pictures
Instructions for Pictures
Picture 1:
Take a head shot facing the camera face on. Make sure your lips, cheeks and chin are relaxed.

Picture 2:
Take a head shot facing the camera with a big smile so that we can see your teeth.

Picture 3:
Turn 90 degrees away from the camera, looking straight ahead and relaxing your lips, cheeks and chin.

For the next 6 photos, you will need spoons to retract your cheeks and lips out of the way to get good shots of your teeth.
Picture 4:
Retract both cheeks, bite down so that your back molars touch and be sure to get a straight-on shot of mostly your teeth.

Picture 5:
Now we will need a picture of your bite on both sides. Use a spoon to pull your right cheek out of the way, get a picture of your bite from your canine to your far back molar.

Use a spoon to pull your left cheek out of the way, get a picture of your bite from your canine tooth to your far back molar.

You will use the handles of the spoons for the next two photos to get pictures of your top and bottom teeth.

Use the handles to pull the upper lip out of the way, tilt your head back and try to get as many teeth as you can.

Last, use the handles to pull the lower lip out of the way, tilt your chin down and try to get a picture of the top of your lower teeth.
